We are hiring again! Our office in Clearwater, Florida is now hiring!


There are several positions in our account department that we are in need of filling right now.

 As you no doubt know, Freight & Shipping Inc. is a freight forwarding company with shipments throughout the U.S. We manage product delivery routes (air/ocean, import/export) and provide support services (logistics, customs brokerage) with over 60 us freight carriers.

Freight & Shipping Inc. is in need of several bookkeepers and accountants as well as dispatchers in our Clearwater, FL logistics office. We are seeking career- oriented individuals in this industry, experienced or not in accounting services.

Specifically, this position will focus on the following duties, and more:

A. Working independently with customers to assure overall customer satisfaction.
B. Audit freight bills, payroll, accounting needs, quick books; excel spread sheets, and more.
C. Routing, rating, and dispatching domestic cargo via courier, domestic air freight, LTL and FTL.

We’re looking for self-motivated, effective communicators with prior experience in inside sales and a proven record of building customer rapport, negotiating agreements, resolving issues and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Familiarity with our industry is ideal but not required – what we value the most is individuals who can service existing customers and build and maintain a growing base of satisfied customers for long-term business relationships.

To be considered, applicants must have:
 A. Good computer skills, especially in the use of Outlook Express
B. Strong communication skills in quick books and accounting.
C. Excellent, effective, and efficient use of the English language. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus!
