Accounting / Finance Manager - Studio

Responsibilities -
 
The Manager role is an integral part of the financial reporting and financial analysis process.
 
Review/preparation of monthly financial package - perform variance analysis Prepare monthly cash flow and analysis (comparison to budget/forecast) Preparation and review of monthly/quarterly journal entries Update cost models (incentive plan, film capitalization) Assist Executive Director with ad hoc and special projects

 


Requirements -

 Bachelors Degree in Accounting Public Accounting experience (attestation experience) Minimum of three years of professional experience (3-5+ years) Solid understanding of GAAP Strong systems skills - SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint), other mid-to-large financial reporting applications Proven management experience Strong business acumen and strong verbal/written/problem solving skills required Knowledge/experience with SG&A and overhead expenses a plus. CPA a plus!
