Accounting Manager (CPA Preferred) - Top Fortune 500 Company

We are a Fortune 500 Company and one of the leaders in the global transportation industry. We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager for our corporate accounting department. A CPA is strongly preferred. We offer a casual work environment and our company has been growing steadily over the past 10 years.

 

Qualifications:

 

6+ years of overall public or private accounting experience. Must have a public audit background and/or corporate accounting experience working in a $100+ Million Dollar Company.

 

1-2+ years of experience in an accounting supervisory role is necessary.

 

Corporate financial statement and/or reporting analysis and preparation experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP is necessary for this position and consolidation experience is also a plus.

 

BS / BA in Accounting or Finance is required. A CPA is preferred along with strong Excel skills.

 

Good communication and presentation skills are required, as you will be meeting with different department heads and managers regarding financial reports.
