Accounting Manager/Controller - Temporary Assigment

We are looking for a strong Accounting Manager/Controller for a 2-3 month assignment in our Finance and Accounting team.  Due to significant growth in our business, this position will be responsible for reviewing our current SDF process and recommending enhancements.  Execute day-to-day transactions from our field sales team and distributors.  Generate monthly reports for senior management.  Work with our sales team and distributors to resolve discrepancies in transactions/reports.  Perform monthly journal entries.

 

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years experience in an accounting role in a retail industry.  Have demonstrated understanding of accounting principles and guidelines, advanced analysis skills and a broad understanding of budgeting and forecasting.  Must have advanced excel skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
