Accounting Manager Director/Manager DESCRIPTIONComplete financial statements and preparation ofstatutory reporting requirements. Project improvementsof reporting structure and related tasks. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES*Prepare all standard and non-recurring monthly journalentries for Corporate entity.*Assist with preparation/coordination of the monthlyconsolidation package and financial reports for thecompany and its numerous domestic and foreignsubsidiaries. *Provide International accounting support *Research/resolution of new accounting issues. *Preparation of monthly account reconciliations forvarious Corporate accounts. *Review of program general ledger journal entries andcoordination of the review of program accountreconciliations.*Coordination of the entity-wide inter company and fixedasset accounting process.*Coordination of medical and insurance benefitsfinancial activity.*Provide support for annual audit processREQUIREMENTS*Minimum of 3 years of experience in ConsolidationAccounting and reporting. *Strong PC skills.*Independent thinker and problem solver.*Working knowledge of generally accepted accountingprinciples.*Bachelors degree in Accounting. CPA a plus.* Strong Microsoft Excel experienceQUALIFICATIONS* BS Accounting* 5 Years Accounting experience* 2 Years supervisor experience
