Accounting Manager - Healthcare

A prestigious Hospital in the Philadelphia Area is looking for a Experienced Accounting Manager.  The ideal candidate will be managing the entire Accounting function for designated all hospital areas, and is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Responsibilities include the direct supervision over month end closing process, and timely, accurate, and efficient reporting to federal sources. Other responsibilities include analyzing internal processes and plans and implementing procedural and policy changes to improve agency operations.  The Accounting Manager will supervise the monthly close processes, review financial statements and reconciliations, and perform general/detail review of lease and sales transactions and all journal entries. Candidate must have knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, be an experience user of Excel or other spreadsheet applications and possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
