Accounting Manager - Hi-Tech Industry Leader - Excellent Career Path

The Accounting Manager will be primarily responsible to lead, direct and mentor a team of senior and staff accountants in executing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly general accounting processes. The Accounting Manager will be a strategic player within the corporate finance management group, driving corporate development.

 

In addition, other responsibilities include analyzing monthly financials, oversee top-level review of corporate general ledgers and the accounting department GL close process, as well as ensuring SOX and internal control compliance.

 

Requirements

- BS in Accounting or Finance

- CPA required with public accounting experience (SEC clients)

- Strong knowledge of GAAP

- 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience
