Accounting Manager for a Top Rated Company located in Downtown, PhiladelphiaResponsibilities:1.Leadership role in external reporting function including managing for Corporate Accounting***Oversight of the quarterly and year-end Corporate Accounting process and the preparation of disclosures for support in the division***Identifying and working with the Senior Director of Accounting to issues, including documentation of the issue and the its related resolution.***Asssist in the Free Cash Flow forecasting process and controls for forecasting division cash movements***Working with Senior Management of Accounting to ensure***Working with the  outside auditors during the quarterly reviews and year-end***Review monthly and quarterly analysis and reconciliation of acquisitions***Actively participate in the supervision, development and review***Special Projects!!!!Requirements:BS in Accounting*** CPA required***5 years of progressive accounting experience*** Big 4 experience a plus! ***Financial Reporting SEC 10K & 10Q exp. required.*** Oracle exp. a plus!
