Accounting Manager with Pharmaceutical company

Central Jersey pharmaceutical company seeks a strong Accounting Manager to support revenue initiatives through budget development, tracking of research initiatives and expenses, compliance with government regulations and managing invoicing and collection of revenue.In addition, will be responsible for managing and supporting the timely and accurate submission of SEC reports and disclosures.Responsibilities include: Manage monthly close and financial reporting (10Qs and 10Ks) Manage revenue recognition process Support the budget and financial analysis, monthly and year end Support audit and tax processes as neededQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 4-6 years experience Public accounting and pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus CPA preferred Strong communication skills, high energy, with positive attitude required Excellent knowledge of MS office and accounting software required To apply for this position please submit a word version of your resume to marthahayward@mergisgroup.com .     Built on more than 30 years of expertise, The Mergis Group is a specialty recruiting firm committed to helping professionals make the best career choices.
