We are looking for an Accounting Manager who will be able to come in an directly support the Controller and CFO on the commercial side of the business.  This person will be very visible in this role and will have a lot of communication cross functionally as well as with clients and property managers at specific client sites.  The organization has been growing and this is a new position due to growth and the acquiring of several new clients.  Qualified candidates will have over 6 years of commercial property management experience with a strong knowledge of industry accounting issues such as CAM reconciliations and Leasing issues.  Please apply directly to this posting.
