Accounting Positions

We are centrally located in Middletown, CT and have been in business for more than 20 years.  We have annual sales in excess of $85 million dollars. We are an authorized distributor of xerographic supplies and equipment and represent more than 20 manufacturer lines of product.  We are growing, and due to this growth, seeking 3 New Accounting Positions:

Finance Manager:  Responsible for financial reporting, inventory control, unit operations and being part of the software upgrade team.

Managerial Accounting:  Responsible for G/L postings and monthly reports, computing and managing business metrics, integrating with operations to deploy improvements.

Software Applications:  Responsible to drive changes via software applications to increase productivity primarily JD Edwards ERP software as well as others, project work such as automation of AP and AR, refining inventory management functions, and being a key player in the software upgrades.
