Department: Accounting

 

Description:

We are looking for well-rounded individual who will excel under high-pressure, is deadline driven while ensuring high efficiency, organization, and accuracy.

§ Pre & Post acquisition integration of accounting procedures, software, tax compliance and planning and other operational matters.

§ Detailed analytical review and investigation of expense variances including process improvement and cost savings recommendations.

§ Develop reports and metrics for benchmarking and other financial related comparisons.

§ Reconciliations and work-paper preparation and review for external audits and tax compliance requirements.

§ Participate in development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures as well as new technology in order to establish increased efficiency

 

Required Skills:  

 

§ Superior written and spoken communication skills

§ Ability to thrive in a fast paced and evolving environment

§ Experience with multi-national companies

§ Excellent understanding of accounting theory, technologies and software

§ Auditing and income tax knowledge – international a plus

§ Great attention to detail, a strong work ethic, a proactive approach to problem solving, a sense of urgency, and interpersonal skills that encourage teamwork, trust and openness among the employees with whom the position interfaces

§ Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Accounting or Finance, CPA a plus

§ Minimum of 5 years experience in public or private accounting arena with experience in all accounting related areas.

§ Strong computer skills - Great Plains, Excel, report writing software experience preferred
