Job overview

 

Director level position within the accounting department.  Position will be responsible for organizing, planning and producing all public company filings (10K’s, Q’s, etc…).  Work closely with corporate controller to create and maintain GAAP reporting and schedules for internal and external documents.  Position will also be in charge of Sarbanes Oxley reporting and compliance.

 

General Qualifications 

 CPA a must2 to 3 years of public reporting experience.  Must have direct experience in composing and filing public company documents 10K, Q’s etc..Experience with Sarbanes Oxley documentation and reporting.Big 4 accounting experience a plusInternal audit experience a plus
