Accounting Supervisor

 OUR CLIENT –   A leading manufacturer, located in Northeast Wisconsin, is looking for an Accounting Supervisor.  THE OPPORTUNITY -  This position is fundamentally responsible for ensuring the accurate financial reporting of the organization.  Aside from being responsible for the general ledger accounts, the responsibilities will vary based upon the issues that arise.  The position of Accounting Supervisor is the strong right-hand position for the CFO.  This position will play a key role in the further development of our ERP system including modifications and reporting both in the financial side as well as with general accounting and costing areas.  As a supervisor there exist high expectations to assist in the continued development and review with management of financial reports and analysis which is critical to the success of the organization as a whole.  It is essential that the accounting supervisor ensures control over all accounts and plays a key role in the development of financial models and controls.  In addition, this position will have the Accounting Specialist – A/R and the Accounting Specialist – A/P reporting to them.  This position reports directly to the Vice-President – Finance & CFO. REQUIREMENTS –  -Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required.  -CPA preferred but not required.-6+ years of progressive financial/general accounting experience in a multi-divisional manufacturing environment.   **  IF YOU FEEL YOUR BACKGROUND IS A MATCH FOR THIS POSITION, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME TO LINDSEY ATWATER, lindseya@mrappleton.com .  REFERENCE CODE MO1984.  **   MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
