Responsibilities:

· Record quarterly tax accounting journal entries to ensure the tax expense and the financial statement

· Record tax account adjustments

· Prepare tax note for form 10K

· Assist Tax Manager with adhoc federal & state compliance

· Assist on reconciliations and tax calendar

 

 

 

Requirements:

· 4-7 years experience in financial accounting

· Tax experience a plus but not a requirement, willing to train the right person
