TWSCO is a full-service Industrial, Specialty Gas and Welding Supply Distributor located in Houston, TX. Currently we have an Accounts Payable position available at our corporate office located in NW Houston (Champions / Willowbrook area).   

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated, self starter who can multi-task in a fast paced environment.  Must be organized, pay attention to detail with good written & verbal communication skills.  Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 year experience with some training beyond high school.

 

As an Accounts Payable associate your primary responsibilities will include:

· Match open Purchase Orders to Invoices in a timely basis

· Effectively partner and communicate with various departments to reconcile open issues

· Accurate and timely data entry

· Review and post daily invoice batches in a timely manner

· Prepare quarterly and year-end audit schedules

 Minimum Requirements:

· Experience:  3-5Years Accounts Payable

· Education - High school degree. College degree a plus. 

· Computer skills - Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook. 

· Ability to operate 10 key.

· Mature. Independent thinking and decision-making

 

Business casual dress.  Non-smoker. 40-hour week Mon-Friday.
