Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  GB-33094-502957 Location:  High Point, NC 27265 Job Status:  Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Accountant A fast-paced Triad company with cutting edge technology has a temporary need for an Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Accountant.  This hands-on individual will be primarily responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections and related accrual activity along with general ledger account reconciliations. Core Responsibilities · Process purchase requisition in accordance with the Company’s contacts and agreements procedures and authorization policy · Review vendor invoices for proper coding and approvals and input into · Match vendor invoices with open purchase orders · Review and process employee and non-employee expense reports · Process weekly accounts payable check runs · Reconcile bank accounts Minimum Job Qualifications · Associates degree in  Accounting · 3-5 years of related experience. · Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is a plus. · Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills. · Working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, etc). · Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate in an effective, concise manner.  Salary/Pay Rate: $14.00 About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
