Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Help Needed

Tricycle Studios is a marketing company that developseducational and entertaining electronic media experiences using video andanimation.   We are a busystudio who needs someone full time to help us grow.  This is an extremely creative environment where teamwork,flexibility, dedication and hard work can be a fun position for the righttalented individual.

 

 

Accounting duties: Monthly coding of bills Run Quick Book reports Write checks/pay bills Invoicing Maintain weekly forecasting report Weekly payroll Coordinate with accountant Account receivables



Human Resources duties include:

  Check in/check out of office keys/alarm codes Maintain parking passes and distribution/towing list Keep calendar of everyone’s vacation schedule and sick days HR paperwork (new employee files, current employee files, worker’s comp, etc) Keep all insurance policies up to date Maintain yearly corporate filings Keep all licenses up to date Manage concierge/receptionist folks General office maintenance – manage cleaning service, yard man, building repairs, a/c filter Maintain company IRAs Coordinate tax returns Coordinate open job listings, interviews, hiring functions, etc. Conservation – recycling of paper, plastic, cardboard, bottles, cans, electronics, batteries, cd/dvd media Friday night shut down of all computers, printers and lights Make sure all filing and organization of files is done timely and accurately Maintain all Double Happiness maintenance and operations (including bill paying)

 

Salary commensurate with experience.Paid vacation and holidays, IRA eligibility, and free yoga.
