We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to perform the following:

 

-Weekly Accounts Payable processing 

-Sales and use tax calculations

-General/Subcontract administration

 

This position will cross train in Accounts Receivable, Project Coordination, Shop Administration, Front Desk, and will assist in completion of the following duties:

 

-Contract Processing                                       

-Lien Releases

-Purchase Orders & Change Orders                

-Billings / Collections

-Subcontractor Progress Payments                  

-Project & Customer maintenance

-Insurance & Exempt Certificates                     

-Answering Phones

 

Required traits include:

           

-AP experience                                               

-Intermediate computer skills

-Proficiency with spreadsheets

-Familiarity with sales and use tax                     

-Strong work ethic and positive attitude

-Strong administration experience                     

-Attention to detail

-Backup all clerical positions                            

-Desire and ability to learn new things

 

Though not required, the ideal candidate will have experience with ComputerEase accounting software, and have experience in the construction industry.

 

This position reports directly to the company’s CFO.  It is an hourly position paying $30,000 -$40,000 per year.  The following benefits are included after successfully completing a probation period:
