Accounts Payable Associate II

Position Summary:

Our North Palm Beach office is seeking a senior level Accounts Payable Associate. This position is responsible for Accounts Payable accounting, processing and maintaining a current working knowledge of general Accounts Payable functions.

 

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate must meet the following Experience, Skills and Educational requirements:

·  2-5 years of general ledger accounting experience

·  5+ years of Accounts Payable experience

·  Basic understanding of generally accepted accounting principles

·  Strong data entry skills and proficient using the 10-key calculator

·  Possess strong problem solving, analytical skills

·  Must be able to work independently

·  Computer literate; familiar with Excel and Word

·  Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

·  2 year Accounting degree or equivalent education required

·  Team lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred, but not required
