Accounts Payable Clerk

We are currently seeking a detailed oriented and organized individual to compile and maintain accounts payable records by performing the following job duties: -Checks and approves all vouchers for payment ensuring proper documentation and approvals exist. -Prepares invoice deduction notices, and audits invoices to ensure proper Sales & Use Tax compliance. -Answers all vendor inquiries. -Prepares accounts payable checks. -Prints accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files. -Prepares analysis of accounts, as required. -Assists in monthly closings. -Assists with special projects, as necessary. -Ensures compliance with all APG accounting policies and SOX requirements. -Assists with maintaining a strong control environment.Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.For quick consideration apply here
