Accounts Payable Clerk

We are currently seeking an experienced accounts payable person for our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. 

 

Position requires:

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Ability to understand and meet deadlines

· Team member attitude

· Proficient typing

· Knowledge of accounting systems, Outlook, Word and Excel

 

Responsibilities include:

· Processing payables within a Purchase Order buying system

· Problem resolution

· Gathering paperwork from various sources

· Company switchboard
