Accounts Payable Clerk

Enterprise Fleet Management, a division of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.  Fleet Management is a Corporate Administrative branch that provides a wide range of services for our leasing customers across the country. This position is responsible for processing vehicle repair invoices generated from purchase orders by our National Service Department.  Responsibilities Include: Comparing the invoice to the services from the original purchase order Monitoring pricing of services Auditing the invoice for accuracy; correct vehicle information, factory assistance Assisting our Accounts Payable phone line Assisting in check processing and credit card payments Researching and correcting invoice issues Troubleshooting questions/issues from vendorsQualifications Include: Prior accounting and/or AP experience preferred Excellent customer service skills Solid self-management, organizational, and follow-up skills Good phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced TEAM environment with a positive attitude Intermediate PC knowledge with experience in Windows: Excel and WordTo Apply:If you are interested in being considered for this opportunity, please click on the following link and complete our online application:  https://www.enterprisejobs.com/Default.asp?presets=req=6699-AP-4-29-08  We are an equal opportunity employer.
