Accounts Payable Clerk Summary

Our client currently seeks to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a contract position for the candidate who demonstrates outstanding skill and work.


Summary of Accounts Payable Clerk ResponsibilitiesMaintain vendor relations and complete expense reports. Match invoices to purchase orders and batching. Code invoices to the general ledger. Perform daily duties with major ERP software. Perform heavy data entry. Cut checks.

 

 


Essential Accounts Payable Skills & Characteristics
A minimum of 2 years of full cycle accounts payable experienceSAP, Peoplesoft and/or Oracle software are a plusData entry with a minimum of 10,000+ keystrokes requiredIntermediate Excel skills are essential
