Accounts Payable Assistant to $39,000 - North Dallas
Support the Accounts Payable Manager of a large commerical real estate company by reviewing and matching checks to invoice detail. Review data entry for accuracy for all invoices and correct as needed. Maintain W-9 files and prepare annual 1099's. Must be able to handle multiple projects and change priorities in a time-sensitive and demanding environment. Audit all vendor set-up requests and enter into the database. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to answer questions from vendors or various property locations. Knowledge of Yardi, MRI or other commercial real estate software and commercial real estate preferred but not required.
