Accounts Payable Clerk - Systems Savvy!

A Twin Cities-based company is seeking a skilled and systems-oriented Accounts Payable specialist to join their Accounting team!  This position will require coordination with multiple departments, as well as good communication and time management skills.

 

Job Requirements:

 

- W-9 form collection and annual 1099 reporting

- Matching invoices to purchase orders and entering in purchasing module

- Assist with month end close, reporting, journal entries and analysis

- Process employee expense reports

- Enter job cost purchases into Job Manager system

- Enter job cost vendor invoices into Job Manager system

- Assist with weekly check run processing

- Month end payable accruals
