Accounts Payable Clerk - Take your career to the next level!

Our client, located in Rockville, MD, is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to complete their exceptional team!  As the Accounts Payable Clerk, your main responsibilities will be organizing, filing and maintaining all A/P related documentation and Journal Entries for entire region; pulling invoices for annual audits, special projects and A/P research; opening and distributing all A/P related mails; applying payments into accounting system on daily basis and contacting vendors to inquire copies of invoices upon request. This position is also responsible for conducting company credit card monthly statement audits for 100 plus card holders in the region.Qualifications: Must be detail oriented, well organized with priority driven mind and sense of urgency. Prior filing experience is a must. Possess good communication and people skills Be a team player and provide excellent customer service to both in and external vendors Knowledge of basic computer usage and comfortable with Electronic communication such as Outlook.This position is temporary.  Only qualified candidates will be contacted!
