We are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator for our Chanhassen facility. This individual will be responsible for the accounts payable function corporate-wide. Responsibilities include receipt, verification, coding, and processing of vendor documents, entering approved information into the system, and issuing computer-generated checks for payment. This individual will also ensure data and vendor information is accurately recorded and maintained, complete entries to general ledger, maintain vendor relationships, compile regular and ad hoc reports, provide general accounting support such as filing and record keeping, and assist other areas as needed.

 

Candidates must have two years related experience, preferably in a similar position with comparable scope of responsibility. A high school degree or equivalent is required with additional coursework in business and accounting/bookkeeping or specific A/P training preferred. Systems proficiency in Excel, Word, and email is also necessary; previous Hagen experience is a plus. To be successful in this position, candidates will need strong analytical, organization, and customer service skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
