The TBA Woodland Hills office is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. This position is responsible for processing a large volume of invoices, expense reports and disbursements within the company. Please submit your cover letter, resume and salary requirements to careers@tbaglobal.com

 

Job Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

 

Ø      Review and process vendor invoices to ensure accurate vendor billing.

Ø      Review and process employee expense reports.

Ø      Coordinate with various divisions and offices on prioritizing weekly disbursements to ensure timely vendor payments.

Ø      Assist operations managers in accounts payable related questions and issues

 

Skills and Qualifications Needed:

 

Ø      Two years of experience with an AA degree preferred

Ø      AccPac experience a plus (however not required)

Ø      Excellent communication skill

Ø      Accurate data entry skills

Ø      Detail-oriented

Ø      Excellent organizational skills

Ø      Team player
