Explore the opportunity of world-changing work available to you below.Performs a variety of routine to complex clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures in the accounts payable area. Must be able to understand and interpret data; and be able to accurately key information into various accounting systems. Duties and tasks are standardized requiring the application of procedures, practices and techniques and may include:-Process invoices for approval via AP Workflow and/or manually per established procedures.-Ensure that documentation and information received is accurate and complete and in compliance with policies and procedures.-Record invoice data into Oracle payables.-Record check request and other manual data into Oracle payables.-Contacts other departments or outside vendors, suppliers or clients to resolve routine questions or problems.-Filing and other duties are assigned.-Provide effective customer service, both written and oral.-Keep supervisor informed of workload problems and/or issues.-Runs daily check runs for multiple company entities. Includes normal check runs, special pulls, and quick checks. Duties include processing all special handling requests for checks.Contacts: Occasional to frequent internal contacts. External contact as required to resolve problems or questions.QualificationsHigh school or equivalent. 1-3 years experience.
