Accounts Payable Specialist - Peoplesoft Savvy

We are executing an immediate search for a client of ours in the North Orange County area for an Accounts Payable Specialist.  They are one of the World Leader’s in the toy making industry.  This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a high profile company that understands how to treat their employees. 

 

Responsibilities:

·  Assists with accounts payable and special projects, as necessary.

·  Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.

·  Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.

·  Prepares accounts payable checks, wire transfer and Ach payments.

·  Verify & Approve Expense Reports

·  Applies proper GL codes in the accounts payable system.

·  Organizes Bandai's invoices, reviews the GL code and distributes data entry.

·  Corresponds with vendors and answers their inquiries.

·  Prepares the monthly accrue list for financial preparation.

·  Checks all vouchers for payment.

·  Maintain daily exchange rate in the system

 

 

  Requirements:

·  Associates Degree in any related field

·  Minimum of 6 months experience

·  Peoplesoft savvy

·  Ability to work in a fast paced environment

·  Multi-Tasked
