Accounts Payable Specialist needed in San Francisco!

An established international technology firm here in San Francisco is looking for an AP Specialist to join their team!!! The primary responsible of this position include processing medium volume invoices, expense reports, weekly check runs, and will also work with various departments within the accounting team.The ideal candidate will have experience with: ·        Process invoices and expense reports accurately and on timely manner·        Ensure proper documentations are in order with invoices and expense reports ·        Expense accruals as part of month-end close·        Weekly check runs – match checks to vendor invoices and mail out signed checks·        Research, reconcile and resolve all discrepancies with vendors and employees·        Organize and maintain AP files and expense reports Qualified candidates, please send your resume to scalderon@accountantsinc.com   Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
