Accounts Payable Specialist with Non-profit Experience

Client in the Encinitas area has a permanent opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist with Non-profit experience. This company has been serving the San Diego area for 30 years and continues to be a major contributor to the community. This position will entail full cycle Accounts Payable using MAS 90 including data entry of vendor invoices, reviewing coding for management approvals, processing weekly vendor check runs, researching vendor issues, and entering month-end AP accruals and reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of AP experience and must have experience with MAS 90. This position will pay 33-37k/yr depending on experience.
