Work directly with Subsidiaries and Vendors.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Review invoices for accuracy and completeness. Sort documents by account name/number. Ensure proper coding to general ledger accounts and job costs. Input invoice information into computer system and schedule for payment. Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports. Cut AP checks, obtain required approvals, and distribute to vendors. Perform other clerical duties related to A/P as needed.Reconcile vendor statements by examining records of amounts due and ensure all invoices are paid according to terms. Reconcile Company credit card statements on a monthly basis.Follow-up with Vendors when questions arise.Perform other clerical duties related to A/P as needed.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no Supervisory Responsibilities.
