Remedy is currently hiring for several accounting openings:Accounting/Administrative Assistant This position is a long term temporary opportunity in North Tonawanda, NY.  The contract will last 4-6 months.  Duties include general accounting and clerical tasks.  Requirements include previous accounting experience and knowledge of SAP software.  This position will pay $12-14 per hour depending on experience.Entry Level Accounting Assistant A company located in Williamsville, NY is seeking a candidate with entry level accounting skills.  Duties include basic accounting tasks as well as heavy data entry.  MS Excel and QuickBooks skills are required.  The position is flexible and can be part time or full time, and temp-to-hire, depending on the candidate's preference.  The pay rate is $8.50-10.00 depending on experience.Accounts Payable Clerk This position is a full time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a Niagara Falls, NY company.  Duties include entering vouchers and invoices into the system.  Must have knowledge of general ledger with regards to assets and expenses. Candidate must have good attention to detail, good work ethic and be able to work as part of a team, and good overall computer skills.  Experience is required.  The hours are 8am-5pm and the pay rate is $12-14 per hour depending on experience.Accounts Payable A large Buffalo manufacturer is seeking a candidate with an Accounts Payable background.  Duties include processing of invoices for the Commercial and Corporate operations of the company, follow-up on issues and analyzing various activity of the finance department activity. Qualifications include an associate’s degree in accounting, finance or related major and a minimum of 3 to 4 years experience in processing accounts payable. Candidates should possess strong communication skills.  Must have a working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.  Candidate must be able to multi task, coordinate activities between several departments and posses strong organizational skills.  The hours are 8am-4:30pm and the pay rate will be determined based on experience.Accounts Payable & Receivable A Buffalo company is in need of two AP/AR candidates; one position will be full time and the other will be part time.  Both are temp-to-hire opportunities.  Knowledge of QuickBooks is required.Duties include general AP/AR functions and processing payroll for 50 employees. The pay rate will start at $12 per hour, but will be increased to $15 per hour upon hire. Please e-mail qualified resumes to shannonse@remedystaff.com .    Remedy Intelligent Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
