Title- Accounts Receivable

 

Growing company in Morris County is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Qualified candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate posting of financial transactions; including handling accounts receivable, administrative functions, and other special projects.

 

Responsibilities will include: Assist with accounts receivable invoicing, collections, and AR reporting.  ; Prepare cash deposits, client invoices and contacting clients regarding status of payments Maintain client payment records, resolve customer service issues ; answer and resolve incoming customer service calls Maintain client data and organize client files and reports  Collaborate with other teams to establish meaningful and effective procedures Assist in the continual improvement of the financial close and reporting cycle focusing on timeliness, quality of results, and reporting Maintain document libraries, distribute reports, and special projects Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
 

Requirements:Minimum two years experience in a similarly responsible role, including some direct client contact experience; additional accounting experience is a plus Ability to problem solve and to interpret and apply results Excellent PC skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work effectively with large amounts of information with a high level of accuracy Strong ability to use accounting software; familiarity with Microsoft Business Solutions,Great Plains software is a plus
