Accounts Receivable We are currently seeking accounts receivable candidates for various clients in the San Gabriel Valley.   Accounts Receivable ClerkResponsibilities:·   Responsible for timely domestic and international collections, account reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies ·   Assure Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets are met, and prepare regular collection reports to management ·   Perform credit risk evaluation ·   Work closely with sales and operations to coordinate LC or other payments with required ship dates ·   Responsible for gathering/preparing documents necessary for letter of credit submissions ·   Perform daily cash application ·   Assist with miscellaneous special projects as needed Required Skills/Experience:· 2+ years of A/R experience ·   Strong understanding of Letters of Credit ·   Strong computer skills required including proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, etc ·   Good oral and written communication skills ·   Demonstrated team player willing to work extra when needed Qualified candidates can apply directly at mrabina@accountantsinc.com or call directly to Melissa Rabina at 562-695-6525.     Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
