Accounts Receivable Accountant

Cambridge Systematics Inc.(CS), a nationally acknowledged leader in transportation consulting, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant for a hands-on position in a our Accounting Department. This critical position will work closely with our highly skilled consulting staff, clients, and Accounting staff.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to monthly project invoicing, some requiring Excel skills, assist in management of unbilled costs monthly, Accounts Receivable status reporting, Accounts Receivable reporting to project managers and support to project managers and special projects as needed.

 

REQUIREMENTS: The Ideal candidate will possess a B.S. in Accounting; excellent communication skills; customer service focused; proficiency with spreadsheet applications, preferably Microsoft Excel; ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
