Operation Technology, Inc. is looking for that special person to join our team who will take pride in supporting our growing company.  Candidates should be customer service oriented with strong organizational skills. This person will support the Office Manager and the Accounting Department.  The successful candidate will be a team player who is detail oriented and enjoys working at a fast pace to meet deadlines in a timely manner.  Salary history must be included with resume.

 

Operation Technology, Inc. (OTI) was incorporated in 1986 to develop ETAP, the sophisticated on-line power system analysis and simulation software. OTI is a privately held, employee owned company. With over 50 employees working at OTI headquarters located in Irvine, California,  OTI maintains a global distributor network of over 70 offices. OTI employs high-level scientists, electrical engineers, software developers, as well as experienced technical support engineers in its group.

Required

Minimum of two years of relevant experience

Strong attention to details skills

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Good grammar, spelling, proofreading, and formatting skills

General math skills

 

Desired

Peachtree and MAS 90 experience

Invoicing, Collections, Cash Applications

Experienced user of ACT is a plus

Travel planning & arrangements

Analyzing information
