Accounts Receivable Associate / Analyst

Very stable and growing construction related company in Bethesda, MD seeks an Accounts Receivable Associate / Analyst to join their team.  Excellent compensation, benefits and growth potential

 

Responsibilities:

 

·  Assist in the billings process to include preparation of detailed invoices to  customers

·  Perform other analytical duties and prepare supplementary spreadsheets and schedules related to the billings process

·  Perform special projects related to purchasing, job cost, budget tracking and other

 

 

Requirements:

 2 plus years of experience as billing specialist, accounts receivable specialist or analyst type role with a mid size companyExcellent Excel skillsVery strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience in the construction or job cost related area a plusDegree in Business, Finance or Accounting related area a plusMust be hard working, motivated, fast learner and someone willing to learn and grow
