About the Position

Accounts Receivable/Billing Analyst

Summary

This position is responsible for Accounts Receivable and billing for the accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of customer invoicing.Weekly customer invoicing for Williams Plant Services divisionReconcile accounts receivable following the company and contract requirementsRead, analyze and understand contract language as it relates to invoicing; preparation of invoices, including appropriate support documentationDaily cash postingsGenerate weekly aging reportAssisting in other miscellaneous duties as required.

 

Qualifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills

 

Experience

Two years in AR and/or billing preferred.
