Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist Description Manage dedicated account, build and maintain relationship with the Client. Primary responsibility is to collect and maintain accounts receivable for a global relocation management company. Monthly average of 500 invoices billed. Number of invoices doubles at the end of each quarter due to storage billings. Make manual updates to spreadsheets daily in Excel. Cross training within the department, potential for growth. Merit program based on performance.  Required Skills Good communication and written skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets. AR collections experience. Organized, reliable and resourceful. Team player and a strong ability to handle multiple tasks.
