PSSI has an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join one of our growing clients located in Cambridge, MA.  Our client seeks candidates with the following experience, skills and knowledge:

 Ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of cash receipts and credit card accountsGenerate invoicesMonitor aging, generate reports, and perform collections calls on past-due accountsMaintain ongoing communication with customers in a proactive manner to alleviate future collections concerns Respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion, research issues and resolve problems2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience required Degree in Accounting or related field preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills required

 

Our client offers a salary around $40,000 plus overtime potential and an excellent benefits package.
