Accounts Receivable/Costing Specialist

Cleary Building Corp., a leader in the manufacturing and erection of pre-engineered buildings with 76 branch offices nation-wide, is seeking qualified applicants for this full-time hourly position in our accounting department. 

This is an excellent opportunity to work in the team-oriented, fast-paced environment of a growing and profitable company.  Candidates must have 1+ years general accounting experience, be well organized and possess good communication and time management skills to succeed in our fast-paced work environment. No post-secondary degree is required. 

Duties include:
  * Order Entry
  * Billing
  * Accounts Receivable and Job Costing
  * Copying, filing & other duties as assigned

Previous experience with computerized accounting systems is required, and applicants should be familiar with Excel spreadsheet applications.

This position is at our Corporate Office in the beautiful Madison area.  Full benefit package offered including health and dental insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and matching 401(k) plan.
