Three Springs, Inc. has successfully helped boys and girls for the past 23 years.  We currently have a need for a full-time Accounts Receivable Manager to work at our Operations Service Center in Huntsville, AL. 

Job DutiesThe Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for the general supervision of department staff. 
The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for the management of all Alabama and Arizona Medicaid billing for DYS and DHR. 
The Accounts Receivable Manager will interview, hire, and train employees.
The Accounts Receivable Manager will take part in planning, assigning, and directing work.
The Accounts Receivable Manager will conduct performance appraisals.
The Accounts Receivable Manager will address complaints and resolve problems.
The Accounts Receivable Manager will compile a list of accounts that need to be reviewed by CFO.
The Accounts Receivable Manager will update the CFO on accounts over 120 days past due on a monthly basis.

Job RequirementsMust have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Must have 5 years experience in Accounts Receivable and Management. 
Must have experience in collections in a healthcare and/or insurance environment. 
Must be proficient with Excel.

Preferred Skills

Medicaid billing experience is a plus.
