We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Accounts Receivable Manager to join our Customer Accounting team in Woburn, MA.

 



Summary:

The Accounts Receivables Manager oversees a team responsible for reconciling billing, collecting balances and applying cash receipts for Purchase Order (PO) based receivables. The incumbent is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to optimize the billing, collection and cash applications process for PO based receivables and is responsible for managing a team that processes all lockbox cash applications accurately and efficiently. The incumbent will also be responsible for applying assumptions, analyzing trends, and completing reporting for the Accounts Receivable (AR) reserves.

 

 

Education and Experience:

· Bachelors degree required.
· Minimum 5 years of accounting and/or accounts receivable experience required.
· Collections and/or receivable reconciliation experience required. 
· Minimum 3 - 5 years of management experience required.
· Six Sigma or other process improvement certification(s) preferred. 
· Experience in tower, leasing, or communications industry preferred.

· Experience with Oracle applications preferred.
