CITY/STATE: Las Vegas, NVPOSITION TYPE: Full Time, EmployeeJOB CATEGORY: Accounting/Finance/InsuranceEDUCATION LEVEL: High School or equivalentSALARY: 42,000.00 - 52,000.00 USD /year Accounts Receivable Supervisor Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking an experienced, driven and self-directed A/R Supervisor for an international gaming manufacturer, Bally Technologies, located in Las Vegas, NV.  This well established company has a great benefits package, opportunity for growth and an excellent company culture.  The position will be responsible for supervising account receivable accountants on proper application of cash receipts and posting of invoice transactions in a timely manner.  Provide direction including reviewing the work performed and setting priorities to staff members and maintain the installment tables in IFM and ensure that payment amortization schedules relating to Game sales are completed and sent to customers in a timely manner.  Performs account reconciliations and analyses as deemed necessary.  Reviews accounting policies and procedures applicable to the Revenue/Accounts Receivable, and implements changes as approved by Manager and Controller.  Determines appropraite classification of revenue transaction rules in the customer order management (COM) application.  Manages the validity of the tax tables in IFM to ensure that sales tazed are appropriately charged to customers and remitted to state agencies in a timely manner.  Ensures that all revenue and related transactions are posted in IFM system by reviewing the daily activity of ARI/ARC/CREC transactions for "not posted" or "errors" in IFM.  Determines appropriate corrective action to successfully process the transactions.  Provides guidance to customer service departments as to the proper use of special charge codes and non-inventory item descriptions to ensure that transactions will process properly in IFM.  Participate with the Accounting Manager in developing policies and procedures for the new business activities of the Bally Gaming and Systems business unit.  Performs other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position under the direction of the Accounting Manager.A qualified candidate will have five (5) years or more experience in all facets of accounts receivable, including transaction processing, collections and reconciliation procedures.  Supervisory experience.  PC proficiency to include Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point and Access.  Effective oral and written communications skills.  Mainframe AS/400 experience.  Able to apply basic accounting knowledge to day-to-day transactions.  Maintain a positive attitude towards new challenges and company change.  Good organizational skills, ability to handle multiple assignments.  High School diploma or GED required.  Bachelor's degree in Finance, preferred.  Ability to pass a criminal background check and hair sample drug screen required.
