An actuarial analyst in Retirement works closely with experienced consultants on a wide array of clients’ retirement issues, including:Financial modeling (expense and funding strategies) Mergers and acquisitions analysis Plan mergers and spin offs Basic non-discrimination testing Union negotiations Plan terminations Experience studies Plan design and benefits strategy Assistance with asset/liability modeling projects Executive benefits Retirement plan governance

BA/BS  degree in actuarial science, math, statistics, economics, business, or finance Three years or more experience preferred Superior analytical, mathematical, and project management skills Strong command of Excel; working knowledge of Access preferred Commitment to achieving FSA designation or other related professional designations Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills Highly self-directed, possessing natural leadership qualities Strong business acumen paired with intellectual curiosity Ability to work independently or in a team environment with rapidly changing priorities and demands.
