We have two great openings for administrative assistants.  Our first position is for an AA who has work experience in the accounting field.  The second opening is entry level and we provide complete training.

EXPERIENCED AA POSITION

 

This position will give you the opportunity to develop your bookkeeping and accounting skills.  Duties include reconciliation work, posting to the g/l, payroll processing, and light tax work.  You will work with a variety of interesting small business clients.  This position is fast-paced, and will provide a positive growth experience.

 

In addition to your bookkeeping and accounting skills, your experience in customer service will lend support to our payroll and accounting staff and will help you excel with us. 

 

Your administrative skills will also enable you to support management on special projects.

 

ENTRY LEVEL POSITION

 

This position will give you the opportunity to learn bookkeeping, accounting and payroll skills.  You will use your ability as a self-starter to multi-task, prioritize work and complete projects.  Your responsibilities will grow with your experience.

 

As your knowledge of our core business grows you will have an opportunity to manage a variety of special projects.  You will assist in the development and roll out of new services and new products.  These positions report directly to senior management and are a great opportunity for rapid increases in compensation.
