Job Description: Our client, A large reputable Investment Bank, is seeking an Administrative Assistant in New York, NY who will coordinate all meetings, support client events and industry conferences (shipping the booth and materials, and facilitate general logistics) and track all invoices for the team. This position will support several product and marketing team members.

Business Skills:
* Computer skills required, Microsoft word, excel, office, outlook, lotus notes.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
College degree preferred.
